We are very excited to tell you that the first test of our live system begins today! What does this mean? Mostly two things: 1. It’s Just A Test, not the final product and 2. it uses the same system as the final product so you will not lose changes to your collection that you make now. Keep reading to find out more details on how to join the test and what you can and cannot do on the live system right now.
We're doing it live!
Testing on the live system is very exciting because it means that you can start building your TCG Home collection right now! That’s right, any cards you add to your TCG Home collection during this live test will carry over into our final product. You will not need to add those cards again or lose any changes when TCG Home gets publicly released.
Another reason why testing live is such a big step for us is that we get our first real-world data in terms of performance of the platform. How quickly can you add cards? How reliably can you find the cards you are looking for? How easy is it to add multiple cards? Of course we have some expectations for how all these things should work but this test will give us definitive answers.
This isn’t even our final form!
To participate in this test, you need to be one of the volunteer testers on our Discord server. If you want to become a tester, join the server and check out the #about channel! If you are a tester, we have provided all the info you need to create an account on our live system and get started in the #test-announcements channel (you can’t see this channel unless you are a volunteer tester).
This live test will be ongoing and has no end date as of yet. That means you can join the test even if you become a tester later in the future. If you do join the test and find out that you’re not satisfied with the product as is, don’t worry — we think the same! That’s why this is just an early stage test and we’re going to update and improve our live system continuously from now on until our public launch and beyond.

If you participate in the test and find any bugs, potential for improvement or other issues, let us know in the #tester-chat channel on Discord. If you have any ideas for new features that we should add, you can just go to the #feedback channel and type /feedback to use our simple integration and send your idea right to our development team.
